I followed the design thinking process—starting with user research, then defining key needs, ideating solutions, building prototypes, and finally testing to improve usability and accessibility.
PROBLEM
Many users struggle with personalized fitness plans that are not tailored to their individual goals, preferences, and progress. Existing fitness apps tend to offer generic routines that don’t adapt based on user feedback, limiting their effectiveness in helping people achieve long-term fitness goals. Additionally, users often lack motivation and engagement in their fitness journey.
SOLUTION
FitJourney is a mobile application powered by AI that personalizes fitness and nutrition plans based on user data such as fitness level, preferences, and goals. It offers real-time tracking, adaptive workout plans, personalized meal guidance, and progress monitoring. The app is designed to keep users motivated with gamification, community challenges, and real-time AR feedback during workouts, helping users stay engaged and on track with their fitness journey.
